Agathi poo(petals seperated)-20
Batter
Gram flour/kadala mavu-1/2cup
Chilly powder-1/4tsp
Cumin powder-1/4tsp
Asafoetida powder-a pinch
Salt as needed
Water to make thick batter
Method
Prepare batter mixing the ingredients given under batter.Make a thick batter.
Heat oil in pan and dip the petals in the batter and fry flipping sides.Drain on tissue.
