Mango sago gulaman

 Ingredients

 2 ripe mangoes, sliced (to be crushed) condensed milk_1/2 cup
 Sugar-1/4cup
Full fat milk-1/2 cup
Whipping cream-1cup
Sago cooked and drained-1/4cup
Unflavoured gelatin-5gms
Mango essence

 Method

 Put sliced mangoes into the blender. Turn on the blender until the mangoes are pureed.Take out a little puree from it and add little water and sugar and mix well.Soak gelatin in water and heat it.once coolee now add this gelatin mix to the mango juice we have prepared and mix well.Now pour this into a square plate or tray and refrigerate to set. To the rest of the mango puree add condensed mill,sugar,whipping cream and milk and blend on mixer jar along with a drop of mango essence. Now pour this mixture into a tray or bowl and add the cookee sago and mix. Chill this for an hour. While serving cut the set mango jelly into cubes and add it along with the gulaman and garnish it with fresh chopped mangoes. Your yummiest creamy.Mango sago gulaman is ready😋.
