Chana dal kheer/payasam

Ingredients
Chana dal-1/2cup(soaked in water for 3hrs)
Jaggery melted and filtered-1/2cup
Milk-3/4cup
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Cashews and raisins roasted in ghee
Method
Pressure cook soaked chana dal for 3 whistles.Mash the cooked dal.
In a pan mix the mashed chana dal and jaggery and start heating...when it thickens add milk keeping on low flame and quickly stir.Do not allow to boil switch off flame.
Serve garnished with roasted cashew and raisins.
