Ingredients
Raw rice-2tbsps (soak for 30mins)
Milk-3/4cup
Sugar-2/3cup
A pinch of saffron soaked in warm milk
Pistachios and almonds to garnish
Method
Grind the soaked raw rice to paste.Boil milk and add sugar and saffron milk as it boils.
Now add the ground rice paste to this and keep stirring till it thickens to kheer consistency.
Serve with pistachios and almonds garnished on top.
