Ingredients
Oats-1/2cup
Almonds-1/2cup
Cashew-1/2cup
Dates pitted and chopped-1cup
Chocochips-2tbsp
Honey-1tbsp
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Method
Preheat oven to 180c. Line a tray of square pan. Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind it to form a mass. Transfer this mass to the lined tray and spread uniformly. Bake for 10 minutes in other oven and 15 minutes in gas oven. Cut once cooled.Store in airtight container and have them whenever you or your kiddo need an energy boost💪
