Pumpkin Halwa

 Recipe
Ingredients
 Pumpkin-250gms chopped
Sugar-250gms
Ghee-1/4cup
Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
 Garnish
Almonds,pistachio or cashew ghee roasted Method
 Pressure cook the chopped pumpkin pieces for 3 whistles on low flame.Once pressure is released mash the pumplin chunks.Heat 2 tbsp ghee in pan and add the cooked mashed pumpkin into it and keep stirring.Once the moisture leaves add sugar and keep stirring adding the rest of ghee till it thickens and leaves the sides of pan.Add cardamom powder and mix and switch off. Serve garnished with ghee roasted almonda pistachios /cashews either hot or at room temperature😋😋
