Mango Shrikhand

Recipe
 Ingredients
Hung yoghurt(take 1 cup of yoghurt in a clean cloth and tie up and keep it on a strainer with a vessel underneath for 6 hours or overnite keeping in refrigerator and you get this)-1/2cup
Mango pulp-1/3cup
 Powdered sugar-1/3cup
Cardamom powder-a pinch
A pinch of saffron soaked in 1 tbsp of warm milk
Garnish Pistachios crushed
 Method
Take all the ingredients in a bowl except pistachios and mix well to get a fluffy cream. Serve chilled with pistachios sprinkled on topπŸ˜‹πŸ˜
